Attendants/groomers have no training in soft skills at all. They do not know how to welcome customers and especially their pets.
The service is so-so. Our dogs always get cuts in the nipples, feet and legs. We have taken our pets here at least twice. Once for vaccination and another for grooming.
The vets are okay. They will get the job done. However, I expected the vet to appear more professional and treat their patients (our dogs) with more care.
When you try to book an appointment, whoever is answering the call is rude. This is the worst part of their service.
