I felt bad. I did book for March 26 for appointment. Today, Tuesday, I asked, if may slot ng Friday. Then she responded n aThursday 1PM lang. I replied na, I have another dental appointment on that day. I DID MENTION na I was okay with Saturday,and I was just checking if may slot to move on Fri, or Thursday pero, iiwan ko 2 daughters ko (maxicare) sa kanila kase I have my own appointment (intellicare). I was asking for options but she just replied that she will just cancel the appointment without even asking me. I told her, only she has the access to available scheds that's why I asked.
I never intend to cancel but that's how they resolved an inquiry for available slots. Good job!! 👎 👎
