I used the services of Faith Taxi on Feb 22/2015 and I was so happy I did. They were the ultimate professionals from the booking right up to drop-off. Our driver, Erol was awesome and constantly kept us updated of our booking and was there for pick-up 30minutes ahead of time and told us not to rush as he was happy to wait!! They even provided a van for us which was new and smelt good :) It is also good to know that they will pick up from the airport and take us straight to San Carlos City which is my hometown.
After drop-off we even got a txt from Erol thanking us for using their services and wishing us a safe and pleasant onward journey - now that's exceptional customer service which I was not expecting in the Philippines.
I will definitely be using Faith Taxi from now on when I'm back in Negros. Kudos to the owners and employees of Faith Taxi... Keep up the good work!! Highly recommended.
