The hotel seems old you will notice it at once in elevator..our room is so hot and aircon is not working properly. Small parking lot.the bed is so close to the wall and if you are two occupying the bed its so hard u need to climb unto the bed. It has small fridge good. It has safety deposit box good. When we arrived no staff in front desk..we need to wait until we press the desk bell then someone arrived..lack of staff i think. They dont anwer the phone at once. The standard aircon room the aircon is below the window and the cold blows in one side only..if its so hot its so really hot in the room. finally i requested a room transfer and the staff are so helpful to assist us to find a new room which is comfortable and with proper aircon. Theres no generator 3x brownout when were here.they serve breakfast 7am but u can get it anytime. The toilet bowl is old lots of rust..and the water in cr is so low. One night stay is ok. Some door knobs are not working. Curtains are so dark..they should change the color of it..

Place was okay. Welcome drink, breakfast. Parking area with Security Guard, Staffs are friendly. Yet Receptionist needs a little improvement with attitude. Elevator needs major repair, it feels like it might just drop anytime... and WIFI is the worst. Nothing works. So bring your own pocket wifi or make sure you have unlimited data.

We stayed here for 13 days and survived! Not so great. Rooms were ok. It has a lot of potentials but LACKS GOOD MANAGEMENT. Good location. Staff may need trainings. OJT's during our stay were awesome and very accommodating(reason we stayed here longer) than the regular staffs. Water from faucets are yellowish, low water preassure in the morning and wifi was terrible(they got disconnected for not paying on time wtf!) They serve Max's for breakfast at 7:30 am which is a bit late for people working.

Nice and comfortable deluxe room suites at reasonable price. Best is the breakfast catered by Maxes. Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be served. Located on the heart of Tuguegarao.
