Obsługa klienta nie z tego świata!. Odbiór z dworca PKP bez problemu a także odstawienie. Sami mili pracują. Wytłumaczył i zaznaczyli wszystko. Nie miałam żadnego problemu z samochodem, a gdyby nawet ze świadomością wiem że chetnie by mi pomogli. W przyszłości ponownie wybiorę tę wypożyczalnię samochodów bez wahania.
Obsługa klienta nie z tego świata!. Odbiór z dworca PKP bez problemu a także odstawienie. Sami mili pracują. Wytłumaczył i zaznaczyli wszystko. Nie miałam żadnego problemu z samochodem, a gdyby nawet ze świadomością wiem że chetnie by mi pomogli. W przyszłości ponownie wybiorę tę wypożyczalnię samochodów bez wahania.

This place has brought back my trust in the rental companies. I have had a couple of horrific experiences with rentals in the United States(not Avis, I don't want to mention the company's name) and also heard stories about the "shakedowns" at the Chopin Airport's rental companies (whether the stories were exaggerated or not, it still made me nervous about renting a car). This place in Bialystok has definitely put me at ease!!!! If you are planing on visiting Masurian Lakes, Bialowieza Forest, Latvia, Lithuania....or even Belarus(no you can't take your car with you-I parked at the border in Kuznica and used Junior Travel Agency's services), I would recommend this place as your starting point. Why get stuck in traffic in Warsaw when you can take a bus from the airport to Bialystok for about $5?-take a nap on the bus instead. The Avis car rental is at the Hotel Silver, McDonald's right next to it (yeah, I could not resist the temptation). So, I had the car for 3 weeks, traveled to way too many beautiful places to mention and dropped the car off in Rzeszow, no problems whatsoever. The staff at this location is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional so don't hesitate to ask, they seem to be more than happy to help.
