Awful experience:-(
I've bought a lawn mower today at this store and was disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff.
1. There were NOT any assistant at "Ogrodowe" sector, I should go to the other sectors of the store to find anyone from the staff.
2. When I showed the assistant the very lawn mower I wanted to buy, she just pointed to the one in the box and disappeared.I thought she would get back to me with someone from the staff who could help me to bring it to the cash-desk at least. But she didn't come. After 10 minutes waiting, I had to find another assistant & received the answer in a rude way "do it on your own".
Of course, I understand that the store has a special policy of self-service, but it would be nice to be informed about it in an appropriate way. This is the assistant's job. And this is an example of a good service.
