There was a problem with my first room, but they promptly apologized and placed me in a second after I returned from dinner, which was fine.
The facilities are fairly clean, the staff courteous, and the breakfast consistently satisfying. The location and (paid) parking could hardly be any handier.
Bad marks, however: high pitched squeal from bathroom ventilator, which cannot be turned off. I only wanted it one day, but the air conditioner seemed terribly anemic.

This place is just great. Large rooms with a warm rain shower. The breakfast is excellent. You are served with a smile. At walking distance from the restaurants in the center. Look no further in Bydgoszcz!

Very welcoming and clean hotel. I definitely recommend. The only problem I had is that the breakfast room is a bit too small and I had to share a table. Airport is not far and cost less than 20PLN to the hotel.

Very clean hotel. Central location. On tram line,great access to every part of the city. Fabulous breakfast and friendly staff.
