Comfortable and well located. A bit hard to find as it is not signposted - it is actually student residences, through a clearly marked gateway. No frills but then, it is not expensive. Good looking breakfast - I am vegan so had fruit, bread, tomatoes and salad which was good. Cheese and meat selection looked good. 10 minute walk to the city centre. I would certainly stay again.
