Expensive and bad food. The worst we've had in our week in Gdansk.
I'm vegetarian and chose the cabbage and mushroom dumplings with help from the waiter. My boyfriend chose the shish kebap. When we got our food I discovered that my dish contained bacon in a side. When I said to the waiter that my dish had bacon in it, even though he'd told me that it was vegetarian, he excused it by telling me it was just a side dish? I told him it was still not vegetarian and he acted indifferent and left. Not even an apology. Also, the dumplings had some gravel in it, probably from the mushrooms.
The shish kebap was bad too, some of the meat was okay, and then there were ham... and the sides were really boring

Without a doubt the worst food we've had in a week in Gdansk. My food was really bad and uninspired. My girlfriend asked for a vegetarian meal, was recommended one, and when she got her food they had put bacon in her side dish. The waiter couldnt apologize, just stated that the bacon was in the side dish and therefore we shouldnt complain. To top it all the wine was bad and everything was way too expensive.

The restaurant looks very nice. But there was no visitors, just staff. Immediately I thought that something should be wrong. The prices was really high, but I cannot write that the food was no tasty. It was really good. I ordered penne with meat and mushrooms sauce.The staff looks like "we are snobby restaurant, what are you doing here", but when we speak with them, they was kind. My boyfriend has low battery on his mobile phone and the staff was so kind and put the mobile on charger. Thank you again :)
I give only four stars, the one off is for expensive prices.
The restaurant looks very nice. But there was no visitors, just staff. Immediately I thought that something should be wrong. The prices was really high, but I cannot write that the food was no tasty. It was really good. I ordered penne with meat and mushrooms sauce.The staff looks like "we are snobby restaurant, what are you doing here", but when we speak with them, they was kind. Possibly the worst experience we've ever had. The man outside was very encouraging and "lovely" so we went in, we weren't even greeted by waiter who seemed "busy" so we took our seats and menus. Menu looked lovely. We ordered a traditinal beetroot soup with dumplings and sznycel. When it arrived it looked poor, soup tasted like from a sachet and sznycel was worse than a fast food. At the end we asked to pay by card and I wanted money to be converted to euro but before I could do that waiter quickly pressed "no" and oh he didn't bother to inform us that he added a HUGE tip to our order which we wouldn't mind but his whole attitude was "snobby". Do not go there, very pricey and not worth the money.

The traditional meatsoup served in a breadbowl was quite good but slightly on the salty side. The service was not the best, the waiters seemed grumpy and slow despite the clingy attitude before we went in. The prices were higher than exspected and we did not receive a receipt. We felt the whole meal was unpleasent. Would not come back or recommend.
