Cramped but fairly fresh rooms. Beware, the rooms facing the street are incredibly noise due to the trams, so steer clear unless you enjoy be rattled to sleep and are fine with just four hours of quiet time (trams don't run from 1 to 5'ish in the morning).

Newly renovated conveniently located close to the old town square with staff that truly cared and went above and beyond to help us during our trip.

Very good hotel. Small rooms with unique interior. Good price, nice personnel, close to the center.

It is easy to book tours and transportation through the hotel. The breakfast is good and it is located close to many good restaurants. The one downside was that the WiFi connection was spotty in my room.

Great place to stay in Krakow. Close to Old Town, Wavel Castle, Jewish neighborhood, tram service, shopping. Ask for a room that doesn't face the main street for a quieter experience. Also note that upper floors are not handicap accessible due to stairs after the elevator. Recently refurbished (May 2017). New interiors, carpeting, air conditioning, etc.
