Really cozy and comfortable, even the spa is also here, the hotel is located not far from centre of city ( 15 km ), affordable prices.

Very good room and personnel there, but the hotel is advertised as with swimming pool. What is not said is that people has to pay to get to the swimming pool (per hour!)

Good hotel with good breakfast and comfortable rooms. There is parking for cars and 3 buses.
It is easy to get here from center of Krakiw (wawel or pl. Wszistkich Swietych to Solvay) by tram n8.

Wanted to book for more people for a family event. Went to reception to find a rude person, restaurant closed at 12:30. I asked was told with same rude tone it opens at 15:00. Price (shown on website) over the average for krakow. No spa services included (as told by the rude guy that seemed even surprised by such a question).

This hotel is really very simple. Rooms are not too big, but comfortable. There is nothing special for breakfast. Nevertheless all above is enough for 3 stars hotel.
Well, neither the long distance to the center of the town - about 20min by tram.
