Decent hotel, nice complimentary breakfast, nice enough rooms and nice, helpful staff. A bit noisy at night due to a lack of double glazing and it being located in an old building, but ear plugs seem to work a treat!

Small hotel...quiet central location.. handy for eating out ..surrounded by bars restaurants and sights ..good value for money ..reccommend

Stayed here twice now. Love it. Traditional building for this part of Krakow. Staff speak fantastic English if your polish is poor. Rommel are a good size and beds are very comfortable. There is no air conditioning so if you go mid summer you will be warm. The rooms do have fans though. That was sufficient for me.

Brilliant hotel, fantastic location and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, and there's plenty of storage space. Would love to stay again!
