Nice center, lots of Cardio with nice view and sunset in the evening. A bit crowded but with state-of-the art equipment and enough weights, including a Smith Machine and more ;-)

Really good gym at the city center. I give 4 not 5, cause showers could be cleaner... sometimes there is unpleasant smell.

If you are a on holiday looking get get yer pump on before a lads night out on the toon, they are quite good and will probably let you in free.
Worth bearing in mind, they don't have water fountains as Polish people seem to think tap water is poisonous. You can buy water inside or just bring your own but you can't fill up an empty bottle.
If you have a padlock on your suitcase bring it with you as you'll need one for the lockers. There are showers and changing facilities.
The gym is pretty tightly packed so avoid peak hours and you should be okay. Monday and Tuesday are the worst days, everything else is manageable.
Inside they have a couple of squat racks that people avoid like the plague (who works legs anyway), 1 deadlift platform that no one uses and four benches (2 flat, 1 incline, 1 decline) and all of the usual cable machines and free weights you'd expect. Plenty of treadmills but only one concept 2 rower?!
Most of the people that go are young so they can ask you to stop curling in the squat rack in perfect English as well as Polish.
