Don't go to Jatomi if you don't speak polish!
They give me a polish contract and tell me another different thing in english. Now I'm not in Poland anymore and the problems continue, I'm still being charged and I'm trying to solve my problem with the police, because they don't have any willingness to help me...
And also if you speak polish... maybe you won't have problems with the contract, but they won't support you (in 4 months, never nobody helps me or corrected me, if they say "Hello" is already a big win!).

They f**cking cheating with customers - do not choose their clubs at all - they will charge you even after end period.
Also this is the most dirty club that I saw.

The service here is awful. I had a 9 month contract with 6 months paid and 3 months free. They really try to get money out of you any way that they can. I had to return 6 times in order to resolve the problem of attaining my free months. They just kept jerking me around. I had signed a termination of contract 2 months prior. They never processed my termination and continued to try to charge me. When I went to talk to them they told me that I had not signed a termination of contract and therefore will not be getting my free months. They said that they did not have a signed copy on file. It was finally resolved when I went and found my pink signed copy of the termination of contract. My recommendation is to not join this gym. But if you do, always keep a copy of your contract and forms because they will try to screw you every chance they get. I have had classmates who have had similar experiences.

Always they ask you to sign a contract and always they have another promotion. Depends if you are really interested in the place you will pay a lot. They only see the money not the progression of their people. Recommendation: Negociate good your contract or go to another fitness club.

I can't say for certain, seeing as I've never been to any other gym in Kraków, but from my experience this is one of the worst gyms I've had a membership for. Always crowded during normal times, very strict late fee policies for not paying after 1st of each month, computer systems always down so you can't pay sometimes. Just ridiculousness, any other gym has to be better. Only good side, their equipment is pretty decent, and have a good selection of machines.
