They charged me an extra night and pretended i didn't pay before hand. A very unfriendly experience. I would recommend the other hostel in the same building. It's one floor up from this one

W Hostelu panuje miła, przyjazna atmosfera, recepcjonistki były naprawdę miłe i pomocne. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do jakości, śniadanie bardzo dobre i mała łazienka tylko dla kobiet. Dodatkowo wszędzie blisko, na dworzec i na rynek!
W Hostelu panuje miła, przyjazna atmosfera, recepcjonistki były naprawdę miłe i pomocne. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do jakości, śniadanie bardzo dobre i mała łazienka tylko dla kobiet. Dodatkowo wszędzie blisko, na dworzec i na rynek!

It was the greatest fault to choose this hostel, it really spoiled us the whole travel to Krakow and left the worst impression that possible.
First of all it is needed to say that it has no luggage rooms and the check-in is at 3 pm, so if you arrive early it is terrible.
Then - the rooms. They are miserable. If you are using them just for sleeping, I'm not sure that you'll be suceed even in that.
Everything in hostel is dirty, wet and revolting, especially, as they call them, bathrooms. There was not to much will to use and even to touch any part of them.
The breakfast was pitiful - no vegetables, but a plate of orange slices, plate of suspicious salade and nutella instead, and all that in the dirty kitchen.
Generally hostel is terribly uncomfortable, noisy and unsettling.
This so-called hostel was pretty shitty.
I'wouldn't even wish my enemies to visit this hole!

Escape from this place :
- it's really cold in this place (they are not heating properly during the winter)
- the standing is generally speaking very low comparing to other hostel in the neighbourhood,
- you have to wait 10 minutes to have warm water in the bathroom,
- most of the rooms are close to the noisy street westerplatte,
- and the best of the best, is that the owner which name is Eva is horrible, antipathic, you can feel like being in the army when she talks to you (lack of respect, lies, she's even a terror for her staff).
It was a very bad experience for me, I will never do it again. You have many better hostel even cheaper than this one.
