Really bad service
I sent an email and after 3 hours no one answered my order for a treatment - I called it up and the person who was to take the phone - was only language in Polish (We live in the EU in 2017)
On their website, they speak English, Swedish, German, etc. But this is false guidance.
You should not promise more than you can hold on a web page.
