A place that is worthy of a visit. The only thing I've noted is that it has the tendency to get crowded and the service, because of that, might be slow.
They gave us a 10% discount voucher on the gift shop upon paying for our drinks. So if you are buying any of their chocolate gifts, do so after your snack. ;-)

Good place, perfect for a coffee, dessert or chocolate. All very tasty, nicely served and good looking. The only cons is that it is usually crowdy and place topology does not serve well for that amount of people.

My last visit was a total fail. Took 20 mins to gather our order, had to repeat it 3 times as the waiter failed miserably to memorize the order. It took another 30 mins until our order was ready, but the waiter dropped our drinks on the floor. We finally got our order after 70 mins from the time we came, but what was supposed to be a 4-tier coffee/chocolate/cream and cherries ended up completely blended together and not that tasty, probably because it was done in haste. Dispite terrible experience we were not offered any extras/discounts. Not recommended.

If you love coffee and cakes, can't see how you'd give this place anything less than five stars ;-) When you first walk in, it just looks like a very fancy upmarket chocolate shop - but if you walk through it opens out into a beautiful cafe area with proper service. It's a bit like an a Betty's Tea Room - but even better. If you're around the main square, put it on your list.
