I am telling my experience of using this company as a better choice for English speakers.
The telephone operator was much kind than other companies though they can speak English little (at least one company, called 'Radio taxi Wawel' that I tried to ask, impolitely refused my request because of their attitudes not to understand English). As I couldn't pronounce the name of the street (the pickup point) well in Polish, they kindly tried to understand what I expressed.
The guidance of the description of the car and the aprox time of arrival of the taxi that the operator made was correct.
The taxi driver can speak English as well as he sent me a text when he arrived at the entrance of the building of the pickup point. And when he could not find me, he called me as soon. The driver is friendly and nice as to that he was neither deceptive about the fares nor the route, and I had good common conversation with him during the commuter.
I recommend this company when you are struggling with which taxi company to use.
