If you're expecting a 4 star hotel you will be disappointed. Also if you're expecting anything that looks like a spa.
It is a 10 years old venue that didn't age well. The rooms are small, basic and need refreshing. They are clean though. I don't want to mention the spa area which shouldn't really be called that way. Dirty and old looking. The restaurant has been refreshed, but the menu is like cheap chain hotel trying to be modern (which is not far from reality). The breakfast selection is big but looks like taken from 10 years ago with filtered coffee, fruits that you need to cut yourself, and vegetables being used as garnish only. The bar area is just next to he entrance and just doesn't feel like spending there any time at all. The only pro of the place is the location/views and the kind staff that is trying to make this place offer more than it actually has to offer. BTW. Great job marketing team of the chain owner!!!

Well located place with nice view to Krynica. Well equipped, spacious rooms with all amenities needed for short conference stay. Good cuisine with varieties of dishes for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately the gym is open only from 8 am...
