Mother with 2 Childs with baby trolley do not let use elevator for disabled people not nice lady answered I'm not disabled so I can't use it . I have to carry on baby on my hands big trolley and look after on second child . Uslese staf :(

Please take controls on homeless people and freeloaders. I paid for the ticket and I am standing in the hallway because one bum is occupying my seat, totally drunk.
Wagon is full of beer bottles and very stink. But why no one is taking care of this? You just leave your passengers who follow the rule well to stay with those nasty people.
Who would want to use your trains? Unbelievable.
