Loved the location
Everyone was friendly and was there if needed anything
Without a ice bucket in the room
I had no trouble getting ice
Would stop in the lobby and get 2 glasses of ice for the room

On a whim we stayed two nights July, 2017 and we LOVED it. I called the front desk, they emailed reservation details. Check in was terrific. The room was wonderful. Big, clean, modern. Great wifi. All the staff we met were first rate. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. Loved the piano. We had dinner on the deck. Sweet. We had to depart early and the staff packed us a breakfast and it was beautiful and yummy. Bedding and linen was divine. Location, in the heart of the old townsite - can't be beat. In short - yes we were wildly impressed. Only one minor comment - the AC struggled to keep up, so slightly warm in the room but this seems the norm in Europe compared to our hotels in North America. Would recommend this hotel highly. Thanks team for the wonderful two days.

Very very very good food and their beer that is brewed on site. Fast service. I definitely recommend this place. You can eat even outside and you can enjoy beautiful old town of Rzeszow while you drink or eat.

Very good location, beautiful building. But breakfast as for 5* hotel not variable. The pillow too big and not comfortable.
