The Hobbit part II was released tonight. My wife and I jumped at the chance to see it, we pre-ordered tickets and went to Helios to view the film. The movie was amazing! The Movie Theater in which we view the film was absolutely atrocious.
I was deeply sickened by the absolute filth that seemed to engulf every corner, every bathroom and even the chairs in which I wouldn't let my dog lay on, yet alone a human being sit on.
When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the lack of guests or customers and the abundance of workers. I thought, this is great, no lines! My wife and I paid for our tickets and bought our drinks. We then looked around for a seat, most of the tables and chairs were littered with popcorn, drinks and the such.
We finally sat down and began realizing why this theater was so empty, they can't even clean it. Employee's literally run around behind the cash registers screaming "nie" or "no" in polish. One employee brought out a broom and dustpan and managed to miss popcorn and wrappers on the ground.
Another employee grabbed a mop and started to mop. She couldn't even keep the mop head on the pole. After about 2 minutes of trying to attach the mop head to the pole, with her foot something that she could do with her hands in a matter of seconds, she mopped for about 10 seconds, put the mop next to the wall and walked away.
Keep in mind as we're sitting here, there's no less than 8 people not doing a damn thing.
About 30 minutes into watching this my wife needed to use the restroom. She left, came back and found another bathroom stating that "it smells like someone took a poop in the middle of the floor and it sat there in sun for 3 years"
When we finally got into the movie viewing room we noticed one thing, they didn't clean. Popcorn on seats, popcorn on the ground, cups everywhere. When we got to our assigned seats we had to removed a cup, popcorn and the box it came in from the seat. We looked up at the lights when it was dark and we saw nothing but dust just filtering through the air.
When the movie was over we saw one employee in the whole place. I went into the restroom and there was pee stains on the urinal. I left the restroom and looked around, no cleaning apparently takes place. Employees gone.
This customer is gone, multi-kino is far better.

Tidy and pleasent cinema. In the lobby the re karę some comfortable sofas. It was great ;)
