An absolutes wonderful experience. We have stayed at several Warsaw hotels, but this one is the BEST. A bit further out, but the staff is great. Especially Karolina, the assistant Manager. she is a charm!! Highly recommend

I had diner in the restaurant. Food was very tasteful but too French cuisine-sized portions. It doesn't have to be in the American way either but people usually eat because they are hungry. Parking there is a disaster. I was not a guest of the hotel.

Well built rooms, clean, good layout but in cases they can feel cramped. Helpful and friendly reception. Big buffet at breakfast, with items prepared on order as well.

Quite disappointed overall. We had no milk in our room for coffee, went to reception to request some, I'm still waiting for it 12 hours later. We went to the bar for a drink, service was slow we gave up and went to the shop for a bottle of wine then to find out the TV doesn't work. Air con shocked the life out of us coming on at 2.30am. The bed is comfy and the shower hot and powerful. We've still 2 days to go.

Rooms are nice with soft beds. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is simply very good. Moreover, the fitness room is well equipped and they offer good massage in the spa area.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
