Shopping center is quite old, you can see graffitis in underground parking. The fountain the food court is great and quite beutiful. Tesco works in 24/7 all the years.

It's okay but at this location I'd build fully fledged shopping mall, not just Tesco-centered spot. Basically it's just Tesco and a pharmacy. For me it's wasted space - this neighborhood deserves better malls. The truth is that if you want to buy, say, pants or shirt you have to go to another place.
