Swimming pool facilities are not in good condition, however it's one of very few pools in Warsaw where you can comfortable swim (I mean, it's a 50 m pool). For these two qualities, I would evaluate the swimming pool at (3+5)/2 = 4.
Here I talk about the offer "gym and swimming pool" for around 5 EUR. First you have a complete workout in a decent, old-school gym with a good selection of essential equipment (not brand new but working well), including a Smith machine and a pulley. Then quick change at your personal locker, and you jump into the swimming pool with water temperature just fine for sports swimming. You can also have some mild massage under a small waterfall. I don't know any better ways of spending 5 EUR in Warsaw.
