Very nice choice of amber products. From jewelry to ornamental pieces. Poland is famous for its amber products. An amber product is definitely a Polish souvenir from your travels.

Can anybody help me contact the World of Amber in Warsaw? We traveled to Poland last September, 2015 and I purchased a ring there and in November one of the stones fell out of the ring. I immediately sent the ring back to see if they could replace the stone or the ring. It is now March of 2016 and I have not heard anything or received anything in the mail. I tried to contact someone online in regard to this and did not receive a reply that way either. I am at a loss and do not know what to do to try and resolve my problem. I am open to any advice anyone can give me. We really enjoyed Poland and I would like my souvenir ring back. Please help!!! Thank you
