Great service with friendly and helpful staff. Love their breakfast and restaurant. Go eat there it's worth it!

The Hotel is located near the center of the city. Very rich breakfast buffet and gentle service. Valet parking. The rooms are well sized and tidy. The carpet needs to be replaced. The elevator is still one of the slowest.

Great staff and good breakfast. The whole 100+ items for breakfast is a bit deceiving because it seems like they count even toppings for yogurt... The breakfast was good though. There staff was very professional and did a great job cleaning my room. On the other hand I looked under the bed and saw a lot of dust and a sock, as well as that part of the mattress support was broken (I'm sure that one can imagine how this happened...) Overall I recommend this place for its great location, service and accommodation.

Maybe the pictures in the homepage were correct one time, but they're not current any more. The restaurant for dinner was delicious but breakfast is quite disappointing when you need a healthy start. Furthermore, the car parking is very weird: Although the prizes are the same, they insist on parking your car by stuff in a public garage. If you want to go by car, you will have to wait more than 45 minutes to get your car back.

No frills hotel, nicely positioned just next to the Rynek. Service is very kind and attentive, the interiors have an overall vintage feeling even though I don't think the hotel is particularly old. Probably just some unfortunate decisions in terms of furniture and painting.
On the very positive sides, though, I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the area really quiet. This made me sleep like a baby.
Furthermore, the rooms are large , bathroom warm, free spa with sauna and jacuzzi available till 11pm.
So despite the look, I'd probably visit this hotel again.
