I read bad comments below, still went to give a try, I can confirm the customer service is extremely bad in the Saloon, they dont care, Lady at the reception was on phone and ignored and behaved as if we she didn't see us, not enough sales reps either...many customer, including us just left after checking out few cars ourselves, just disgusting, don't visit here, find a different showroom if are looking to buy a new car

Such a good Start! I have applied since two weeks for a test drive. A guy from Skoda called me and mentioned he will arrange everything for my test drive on this salon and they will contact me in advance to arrange test drive. Despite I had planned this test drive nobody contacted me. Looks they are not interested into new potential clients. Well done once again and keep it like that.

Deal went great, good communication. Trying to reach the servicing department by email is impossible though. Emails are lost or ignored.

Quite poor quality of service and unprofessional mechanics.
I had a few problems with my car (Skoda Octavia). I came with that request to this service. Effectively they requested me to pay for diagnostic (as result of which they didn't found any problems with car), but suggested repair (wheels aligment, which they even wasn't able to do to match the "green" parameters per their print-out, claiming that car isn't of good conditions and, probably had a severe impact some time ago). After that problems were still there (quite expected outcome).
I've tried to complain about that few times via emails. They were ignoring emails, later only after escalations to managers, answered after more than a week and suggested to come to them again. (In two weeks). Checked again. Insisted that everything is just ok with the car (car kept shifting to the right on one lane per 150 meters!!!), and claimed that I just have to replace the tires. My request to try to replace left and right tires to confirm their assumption (if they would then shifting would be to other direction) - was just rejected. No solution provided. I accept that like "we already took your money, now get off".
The reason of knocking wasn't found at all and this request was just ignored. After that they just refused to do anything and kept suggesting to buy a new tires from them (BTW buying of new tires later, obviously, didn't help).
To summarize - they took money, spent considerable amount of my time and didn't fixed anything.
For complete understanding: after diagnostic on another official service few issues with the car were finally diagnosted and solved (knocking was due to issue with front-right part of mechanics of wheel, aligment was done to ok parameters on another service without any complains about unability to set it propely. The reasons of shifting were identified and suggestions were given to me on how to resolve it).
Having said that I want to summarize that my impression from cooperation with this dealer is that they pretty uncompetent as maintenance point (I don't know how much they are professional on sales) and wouldn't recommed to anyone to use their service.
PS: This visit happened at ~Aug 2015.
