tragicznie! Naciągają na pieniądze, nie idzie zrezygnować z umowy bo ciągle kogoś tam nie ma! Byłam cztery razy to zrobić, od dwóch miesięcy, finalnie musze płacić za jeszcze jeden miesiac, bo nie mogłam z ich winy zrobić tego szybciej... Uczciwe?

ERASMUS STUDENTS DO NOT COME HERE!! They are not transparent with their policies; I signed up for a three month contract and my seller, Evelina, "forgot" to tell me that I could only come workout before 14:00 and I could not sign up for any classes. When my contract was "over" I had two options, cancel the last month, pay half of my contract and be unable to come in or pay another month for their "month cancellation policy". I spoke with the manager and when I brought up their misleading policies she disregarded it and said it was unusual for people to complain. Avoid this place at all costs.

We made contract for 4 months + 1 month free . They were so kind till We sign contract. then SURPRISE! They can not provide any free month! They offered us %20 discount for that free month rudely :) A lot of my friends from other cities had similar problems with Jatomi. Do not trust their words. Definitely not recommended!

Two words: loud, pretentious. I did not feel even the slightest bit comfortable there! The staff has a policy to greet newcomers personally - it backfired, because I felt interrogated, though I am a long-distance runner who knows how to use gym equipment. I just needed a treadmill to avoid the smog - NOT worth it.

Rude staff with unethical and illegal tactics. They tried to add 15% to my membership fee without telling me when charging my credit card.
There are no benches so you have to bench on an incline bench which is dangerous if youre more than 170cm
