The guy was super unfriendly, didn't even properly answer our questions. Browsing facebook was more important to him. While carrying the luggage in the locker, he suddenly changed his mind and tried to charge us an extra fee. When we asked why he started to scream around. This is definitely not a safe place to store your valuable things while being ripped off!

The owner obviously is trying to rip tourists off. (E.g to print a boarding pass costs €5).
I would say he is actually the least friendly shop owner I have ever encountered in my life.
When we got inside the shop and asked about luggage storage, he just pointed at the paper impolitely.
His attitude made me feel like this is one and only shop which offers touristic services in Faro, so that he doesn't have to care about anything else because people have no choice but choose his service anyways.

We rented bikes at that rental store and all bikes had either flat tires or were very cheap quality. The guy working there was not very sympatic and competent. In the end he tried to rip us off. From my experience I would not recommand this bike rental. Faro has better ones to offer (;
