Stayed there for a weekend getaway. Hotel was lovely, room was spacious and clean. Balcony was an added bonus. Staff at reception very helpful. The only and biggest downside is the restaurant - we arrived late on the friday and since it was our first trip to Olhao, didn't want to venture very far for dinner. We asked for a table at the restaurant and was told that we had to wait 30 minutes. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine while we waited, and waited, and waited for someone to come and call us ( the bar was a few yards from the restaurant). 45 minutes later, my husband went and asked for our table and we were given a table almost immediately. The food was awful ! My pasta was tasteless ! we couldn't catch anyone's attention until we asked for the bill. Service was horribly slow - people were waiting for a long time for every course. Never again !!!!

FAB HOTEL STAYED HERE FOR 7 NIGHTS FROM 28TH OCTOBER STAFF FRIENDLY ROOMS SUPERB BUT UPGRADE TO SEAVIEW IF POSS ALSO BUFFET BREAKFAST EXCELLENT BUT HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY LATE ON MOST DAYS ESPECIALLY ON 3RD FLOOR SO DISRUPTION IF IN ROOM LATE AFTERNOON. WELL RECOMENDED OTHERWISE

Excellent location, right next to the town with local restaurants. The hotel itself is brilliant, the service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are an excellent size the bathroom is huge with a brilliant size bath tub.

Lovely hotel. Was upgraded to a junior suite. Plenty of room. The view wasn't great. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Rooms are spacious and have good sized balconies. The breakfast buffet each morning set up the days nicely. Service by the pool was great and the bar/menu prices were surprisingly inexpensive (when compared to pricing you would expect at a 5*). There is a small games room, where you can entertain yourself if you need to get out and away from the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.
