Conheço este ginásio ha vários anos e é o meu favorito na zona de Portimão e Alvor. Pessoal colaborador muito simpático e sempre pronto a tirar duvidas e a ajudar. As máquinas de musculação sao as melhores em que já treinei.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and top notch gym. Definitely a place for people who don't go to many group classes.

Best place you can find in portimao to do some workout. Has many different machines, dumbells, bars etc. Staff are very friendly and the place is usually very quiet in the morning. The place to take shower is quote small but enough for the job.
