Friendly and professional local rental agency, nice car and no credit card needed (deposit). Better than the big organisations, go for it.

I am quite disappointed with the treatment given by Olivauto.
The problem I had, was that I tried to rent a car here, and got confirmation from this shop that the booking had been made. However, 6 days before taking the car, they emailed me stating there was no car available!!!!!
What kind of rent-a-car is this, where you book a car and weeks later they email you just telling that there is no car available?
