Tenho sido correctamente atendido do ponto de vista médico, mas no que respeita à demora no atendimento (horas e horas nas salas de espera) é absolutamente Desesperante!!!!
É como se fosse um hospital público o que não é aceitável num hospital privado que se faz pagar caro!!!’ Surreal !!!!!

Good hospital almost everyone speak English. Clean and has place for children to play. The downside is even if you have an appointment sometimes you have to wait half hour to an hour. That is normal for them.

Horrible. Made so many exams to take as much money as they could and still couldn't establish the right diagnose and transferred to another public hospital. It's a dangerous establishment

Had a great experience here after having been to 4 other hospitals during my holiday only to remove some stitches. They were very fast, professional and spoke good English
