Desloquei-me a este centro de saúde por indicação da linha de saúde 24 com indicação de uma amigdalite. A médica que me viu disse que eu não sabia onde era a amígdala e que quanto muito tinha a garganta inflamada. Passados dois dias tive de me dirigir ao privado para que me passassem um antibiótico. Causa: amigdalite aguda.

Absolutely terrible! They don't answer your calls and when you finally are done pressing all the buttons they redirect the line and then hang up on you! Disgraceful! I had an appointment booked for my partner who hasn't been very well for the past week complaining that he has back pain and finally managed to book an appointment online for the 15th of September with his doctor and just received a text message saying it got cancelled and to ring this surgery?!? Why even bother telling us to ring you when you don't even pick up the calls? I will be taking this complaint further.. this isn't acceptable!

They dont attend phon call.i went there with appointment of my pregnant wife i reach at 9.15 but beacouse appointment is at 9.30 but we wait there for doctor 2 hour and 45 minutes and i ask for doctor why its take long time ? She angry with me she was really fire so then when our turn comes we enter her checked up room but she doesn't care us all the staff is good even nurse too but that doctor doesn't like doctor for next time we will go to hospital
