Perfectly located near Bairro alto and shopping. Clean and elegant, super friendly staff and the breakfast is just amazing. 👍🏽

If you're looking for a 5 star experience, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! Decent location and courteous service but they are committing fraud by claiming to be a 5-star hotel. 3.5 would be a more accurate rating.
Room equipped with tiny, non-brand TV and 15-year-old CD player. Breakfast was awful, limited selection and poor quality. You could feel the cheapness throughout, from the dated decor to the poor wifi. I normally don't leave reviews but I've never felt so cheated by blatantly false advertising so I want to help people avoid the mistake I made by staying here. Hopefully soon I will be able to purge this place from my memory.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff and excellent location. Short walk to city center and high end boutiques. The breakfast is 18 euros with a small selection. You can make the best out of it with bellinis or mimosas. The bath tub and shower are separate. The only negative for this hotel is black mold in the shower above the shower head and the door does not close completely therefore water is all over the floor when you exit. Asked the staff to clean the mold but nothing happened.

Our stay for 4 nights at the Eurostars das Letras was really nice. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel room was 'normal' size, really clean and the bed was comfortable (king size!).
The location is not far from the city center resp. from the shopping street (rua augusta). You can either walk casually within 15-20 min. or take the metro quickly.
We didn't try the wellness area or the restaurant in the evening tough.

It is an excellent hotel!! You will feel very comfortable! Hotel Always working to guarantee you will have as great moment there! Apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. Fast services and happy employees. Congratulations to all Eurostars das Letras teams for your high level performance!! I do recommend this hotel!!
