Staff are friendly and supportive regardless of what your question or request is. Rooms are clean and well equipped for a city break. Breakfast is decent and coffee is good

Awful breakfast, super-expensive wi-fi, cleaners that constantly took our towels away leaving us with one small towel to share between the two of us and one old and grumpy man at the desk were the downsides of our stay at this place.
The rest of the staff was friendly enough though, and the price and the location was excellent.
