Cheap hotel in a good location
We decided to book our stay in Lisbon at this hotel mainly because it was cheap (due to the member card) and because it has a good location, very close to the Saldanha metro station.
I knew that it was a two star hotel, so I didn't have greater expectations, but I was quite impressed about what the hotel had to offer and the service in general.
I would start by saying that the staff was very nice and friendly and the hotel was very clean.
The room, even though it was small, was quite ok. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were still pretty cheap and they didn't feel very good.
The walls lack of any design or color, the window was quite small and the window curtain was ugly. However this is to be expected at a 2 star hotel.
The bathroom was also good. To my surprise it even had a bidet next to the toilet.
Given the price I paid per night (~50 EUR), I can say that this hotel was a pretty good deal.
The only negative point, and the main reason why I can't give it a five star rating, is the fact the towels were dull and they smelled quite bad because of cheap detergent
I'm hoping, that the hotel staff will read this and they will improve the quality of the detergent and towels in the future.

Located just outside city centre, but mins walking distance away from metro and bus service. Helpful staff in regards to giving directions, restaurant suggestions and answering other tourist related locations.
Only reason I give this place 4/5 is that their breakfast selection is a bit average, but it gets the job done.

Having stayed several times at this hotel we knew what to expect and we're not disappointed. The standard of cleanliness was very good with pleasant helpful staff. The location has good public transport links for tthe airport and the rest of the city.

I’ve stayed just 2 days before come back to my country. Since when I my wife had arrived, the staff did ever thing to our stay be pleasant. They are extremely polite mainly the night staff. The hotel is a standard Ibis, clean e the rooms are small but enough to who just want a hotel to resting. If you are American and never stayed in a Ibis hotel the room will be appear very tiny to you. It’s near to two Metro station that’s help to move around Lisbon, and if we’ll need a taxi the staff can call one to you and the fare from the hotel to airport is just 10 euros.

We enjoyed staying at this reasonable chain hotel where you can expect a minimal but well designed room with good service and reasonable tasty food. The bed was actually the most comfortable sleep I had in three weeks of travel in France and Portugal! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Drinks and dinner were reasonable as well and even though the food appeared to be prepared previously (one staff person at the bar and restaurant) and reheated - it was done very well! I am not a member of the loyalty club, but I had to complete the section - hence the rating.
