Really nice hotel! Good rooms, friendly staff, really good breakfast and lovely roof terrace and pool with great views over Lisbon. Easy to walk to the centre of town and close to public transport. There is underground parking (at a cost).

Gorgeous, quirky hotel nestled in the Tivoli shopping centre. Suite no 801 is spacious and stunning. Rooftop pool/bar/restaurant lovely.

Solid 4 star with excellent location. Nice breakfast but not outstanding. Lovely breakfast staff makes up for it. Nice front desk people. Waitress at pool was snarky and rude and I almost put one less star for her because of it as she ruined our first night on the rooftop bar. Nice view btw.

Incredible view, hotel and room was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Beds were a little firmer then I prefer. We had a great balcony view, but our room was connecting and not sealed well so we could hear our 'room neighbors' talking as if they were in the same room. Front desk was unable to move us to another room. They also only have 1 iron for the entire hotel so if you need to iron a shirt, request it far in advance. Water pressure and shower temp was good as well.
They have a really great location for being close to tons of restaurants, shops and public transit so the city is at your finger tips.
