Bed very hard, pillow with wool inside not plain, I slept very bad. Moreover, ti the breakfast the coffee machine is always broken, I've asked everytime to someone of the hotel to fix it, it was difficult also to make a coffee! The last day the coffee machine was completely dismissed, and no one was asking to the customers if they wanted an expresso or cappuccino made to the bar. I've waited 10 minutes to have a coffee and when I've asked a cappuccino, because the coffe machine was broken, they told me that I have to pay for this. 90 euros per day it's too much for this non-service.

Excellent location. At a walking distance to the Lisboa Casino, Shopping Mall and Orient Train/Bus Station/Metro and 5 minutes away from Lisbon airport by taxi.
