Although Lisbon is beautiful and of course the hotel is clean rooms fabulous, the staff very helpful and friendly But there is No hospitality tray in the room! I was told I could have a kettle!? What I was supposed to do with that is anybody’s guess! There was a bottle of water! I’m expected to pay for that! Now it’s not a cheap hotel! So I think a cup of tea or coffee is not to much to ask!!!!!

Hotel is clean although a little outdated. Not sure what the nightly rate was because it was booked through a travel agency. Room service charges $5 flat per visit + the cost of food/drinks. Parking was $9 a night ticket validation needed before exit. All in all it was good stay and I would recommend for an nightly rate of 100€. Anything over 150€ is a stretch.

Six stars! The staff was wonderful, they really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely go back.

This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was centrally located (two minute walk to two different metro lines) and all of the Lisbon sites were easy to access. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful. I needed a taxi to the airport at 4am and the staff had a taxi there in under a minute. Additionally, the hotel staff also helped answer tourist questions.

My friend Sara and I arrived in Portugal and checked into our hotel late that same evening. We were happy to find out that the room had originally been booked for one double bed but they were able to put us in a room with two double beds instead.
The hotel is a convenient location to restaurants and nearby bars. There are also museums close by and it's an easy walk to shopping and the sightseeing bus tours.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel has a bar and restaurant inside it as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a Hot Tub & Sauna and small fitness center on-site. The "hot" tub however, was more like a lukewarm bath, and was fairly disappointing. Everything else about our stay was terrific, including the low price of drinks in the room's minibar.
