No hot water in my room the first day, just mildly warm. I reported in, someone came in to fix it. The next 2 days of my stay there was no COLD water. Water pressure is also low.
First night the heater was not working, the room was freezing.
Decoration is nice, rooms a bit too dark tho.
Breakfast is good. Friendly staff.
All in all, not recommended.

Gorgeous views from the club room. Great hotel rooms with an interesting bathroom setup, very helpful staff. In more of a business district, a bit of a walk to major tourist attractions.

The Sheraton brand means you come here with high expectations. Unfortunately they have not been met for us. A number of bits seem chaotic. Breakfast is manic with staff rushing around. The room phone and entry key card seem prone to fail now and again. At least the pool is generally peaceful, even when the sun falls on it.
Not all the translations into English give a clear message, but you can smile and forgive typos and grammatical errors up to a point.
Three nights here was quite enough.

Excellent service at a good location in Lisbon. Very friendly and helpful staff who can make comfortable travel arrangements if needed. As cabs are very affordable in Lisbon, this is a good place to stay. Even the metro is closeby. Very clean hotel with state of the art facilities.

Well-located, internationally-recognized luxury hotel that is convenient to strolling the historic and fashionable parts of the city. The rooms have all the standard amenities expected of a 4 or 5 star property. The rooms are either recently renovated or exceptionally well-maintained. I was on the Club level on the 24th floor. The room rates, compared to other international destinations, are very reasonable given the high quality of the hotel. The basic room rate was around €160.
