Stayed for 7 nights 15 to 21 sept 2017 ..room superior twin which clean and decent enough size ... fridge in room which was a bonus but wifi rubbish throughout whole hotel. Buffet breakfast also nice ....... only problem was windows very draughty and building work going on all over the place which unfortunately they don't stop at night so the noise was terrible never slept even with cotton wool in ears ... know this isn't the hotels fault but maybe decent double glazed windows would help

Nice hotel with good location. Little bit noisy because of the tram passing by and the construction work which was right above the hotel, but when you are tired you dont hear the noise.

Some hygiene products were stolen from me in my own room... the director of the hotel refused to speak to me and nobody of the staff could help me. AWFUL customer service!!!

Good location..clean and tidy place, good value for the money...very helpful staff, they will help you find what ever you want to do:-)
