Good position, close to old town and transport links, clean rooms. Let down by bland breakfast and poor service; unfriendly staff and room too small for number of guests. Would stay elsewhere next visit.

Very Nice location. In front of the entrance you'll find bus, metro and airport bus. Across the square, restaurants, bars. A supermarket around the corner. Rooms are good but a little dated. A swimming pool and bar on the roof. Street can be noisy.

Located centrally in Lisbon. Enjoyed the apartment style room which had a kitchenette and separate rooms. The roof top deck was fun to see with cheap drinks and a good view. Close to a Starbucks.
The hotel was dated on the inside. In need of the renovation, though I feel the renovation was only outside. Breakfast was tough, in that it was a small room with poorly functioning coffee machines.
Staff could be more friendly and enthusiastic all around. There are currently renovations, which start at 8AM. There are mechanical shades that work with what appears to be a light switch.
I would stay here again but just hope they’ve updated it.

A very large room for four people. There is a small kitchen inside the room, including mini-refrigerator, microwave, frying pan, pots, etc. The hotel seems very modern and new, but if you look closely (at the toilet or kitchen for example), you will find it actually not so. Several things are out of function and the drain in the bath tub is either blocked or too small. The staff aren't too friendly compared to those in Porto or Coimbra, but I guess that's normal for Lisbon people. All in all, it is a good place to stay for a week.

I have stayed twice over two years and although it is good value, with a central location with amazing views of the city from the pool, it is let down in some key areas:
Rooms are tired and need renovation, but are at least clean
Breakfast is shocking and should be avoided.
Service in the bar is slow for anything other than a beer or wine due to there only one having one staff member to serve. The bar is good value and therefore often full. They need more chairs and tables to take full advantage.
Pool is small and not heated, great for sunbathing next to if you can get a lounger and they have not run out of pool towels.
For my most recent visit one of the lifts was broken which was a constant pain as the lift was small and people were constantly using it not to just go to their rooms but also go to the pool on the 10th floor.
