Food and room quality are good, but the elevator and noise from the planes taking off from the airport near the hotel. For the elevator, you only get two tiny elevators, and if you are in the situation when staying with people from the group tour, you will see god damn hell in the morning. And for the noise from the planes, it will really make you angry for sure. NOT RECOMMEND!

Adequate hotel. Clean? So and so. Very good breakfast. Very good location in-between Lisbon center, country side and the airport. Parking availability.

Overpriced hotel. Not a 4 star but a 3 star quality. We booked this because of the swimming pool and jacuzzi etc. But guess what the jacuzzi wasn't working. ..and the pool was in the basement in a pretty bad state. Marks on the floor which is more like linoleum floor than tiles. Steam and sauna can only be used after 6 pm for free. Anything extra you ask for like an iron they refuse to oblige. Never stay here. No wonder the hotel is almost empty even in the peek season.

Hotel was fine, big comfortable bed. But a lot of stuff was out of order like the elevator and the entrance. The staff was great, very nice and helpful.

fine hotel. staff helped us with our baby (for instance getting hot water for bottle each day). room was alright although shower could be better (in bathtub now). dinner in hotel sucks plus is not available on Sunday. I advise to go eat at one of the local restaurants around the corner.
