Started this gym 3 weeks ago and subscribed a weekly small fee to use any classes or equipment + sports drink.
1) After 3 weeks I still don't have access to any of the sports drinks or water, I've asked the staff there to help me, they just tell me a different story every time (system malfunction, computer hasn't yet updated my profile, I have to wait a couple of more days), so basically I've been paying for a service that I can't use. Requested help by their costumer representative online...they asked me to speak with their staff onsite. well, that's one thing that happened.
2) Personal trainers never said even hi, so they should be already very busy and occupied with every people. The good part is that I already have my own schedule, but I like being told if I am doing workouts correctly or not. But I haven't complained directly to them about this. It's my fault.
3) some costumers just go to this gym to show off, so they pass sometimes around 30 mins in a machine, while taking selfies..and no workout, while I want to use the damn machine or space. This happens unfortunately mainly with some girls, and often in the spinning bike or the crunch machine. So, its kind of a fashion place to take out selfies I guess...call me old fashion, but my gym purpose is just to do health and sport activities hard as possible.
Otherwise than that, the men's toilet is always with a hard stinking smell.
But there are also positive things. Place is big, has many cardio machines, looks new, I guess it gives you the right motivation so you can keep your activity schedule.
And yes, its very cheap and no 12 month breakage/exit fee. I was paying 7 euros/week.

Some descriptions are pretty accurate: I've been going there for almost a year and this is what I've think of the place:
Pros:
- Open until 23:00 (11:00 PM)
- Has Classes of every type
- Locker Rooms have been refurbished a couple of months ago;
- You can buy a pass for other Fitness Huts
Cons:
- Overbooked and with a small capacity for the people going there. I think this is possibly the biggest problem right now with fitness hut Amoreiras - ie.: Past 6 PM on a weekday is near impossible both for classes and gym machines, going to even the treadmills being fully occupied.
- Machines are starting to show some usage - benches are showing some tear, machines are beginning to be more on maintenance than otherwise;
- AC is starting to become a problem, this only due to the people going to the the gym exceeding the number recommended;
In all, I would actually recommend this only if you can't get into other gyms which take care of their customers a bit better or if you pay up the money to buy the all fitness hut gym as for this one you can get pretty demotivated from such a huge crowd and you can't get your workout run in order.
For the gym owners themselves its easy: Reduce the number of people in this particular gym and don't keep going for applicants as much as you are, most of these problems i mentioned are easily fixed by this and while you can easily replace a person who leaves the membership with a new one, usually this gets around and people start to avoid your gym.

I signed up to the gym and never received a password for the Fitness Hut MyHut platform for the classes. I could not attend the classes and the staff was not willing to help me. Even after asking more than 5 times, personally, by SMS and by mail, nothing happened. The worst part is, that you also need the login to sign off the gym. Until finally leaving this Fitness Hut it cost me a lot of time and money on a service that I was not able to use. Very unsatisfied with the service.

A vast range of equipment and free weights - can get very busy during the week after 5pm but weekend early mornings very quiet- also one of the best range of cardiovascular machines and great range of different classes - great value for money
