Very tasty piri-piri chicken. Fair prices as well. The place looked like a tourist trap, but the food was pretty good actually.

A pearl around many tourist traps. We ate an amazing Portuguese chicken here, which was gluten free. Service was good, but the place is a little bit pricey. Still highly recommended.

Amazing chicken. Unanimously the tastiest and juiciest chicken in the area. Had the prawns too, delicious and addictive. Fair prices. Not a fan of fries or creamed spinach. Classic salad. Nice bread and cheese (if you're foreign you should know that it is charged on the bill without asking). Fair service, basic English at least.

Waiter here was the worst I've had in Lisbon, and that's saying something as 90% of the restaurants we've eaten at have had horrible service.
We came for the chicken soup, because my daughter loves traditional Portuguese chicken soup, and my wife is celiac and she can eat their soup.
The soup was amazing, probably one of the best bowls of soup I've ever had at a restaurant.
The cheese was creamy and authentic, it way incredible. The Portuguese Bread was soft and crispy on the outside.
The soup was full of big juicy pieces of chicken, with no noodles (rice instead). The broth was just the perfect amount of salty, with a home cooked feel.
However, the waiter was rude, short with us, frustrated that we showed up at 10 pm (they close at 11) and refused to give us another bowl of soup "to go" for a sick friend because he said they had no containers.
We decided to just take the soup in our water bottle, asked for soup again at 1030 and he said no the kitchen was closing and we should have asked earlier (we did).
After asking 2 more times he finally came with the soup at 11 pm right when they were closing.
I got some plastic cups from the cupcake store around the corner and we took the soup with us.
So yes they have great soup, cheese and chicken - but they have the worst service.
