Horrible Airlines to fly with. Our luggage was damaged on the way from Miami and we contacted them about getting a replacement. It's been a week now and no one has responded to our multiple emails. Going to the counter at the airport or calling over the phone is useless. Complete lack of customer service.

This Airlines treats its customers like garbage. I have been calling their customer service line daily and no one seems to know what is going on. All i want is to be refunded for a replacement bag and its like pulling teeth.
I WILL NEVER FLY TAP EVER AGAIN!
