Careful ! This company is renting car with a lot of on-going infractions ! I had to pay for all of them, more than 20 unpaid infraction were known for the rent car. More than 60€ of infractions to pay when you're not responsible for any of them is really complicate to deal with ! Even after coming back to the office and try to discuss this point, the employees didn't want to do anything ! I highly UNrecommend to rent car here!

it s the worst agency in madeira . albeit i have the funway card you need to wait 2 hours to get your car
that is the second time i get problem with this company so really you should think twice before choising them

Excellent service. Good arrangement to pick up the car in town and deliver in the airport. We looked at several alternatives and their prices are very competitive!

Really fast and well located. When returning the car, it is not so easy because it is located on -3 floor outside Europcar building. You may ask where it is.

This was the first time I've rented a car in holiday and not felt annoyed or conned. Unusually friendly staff for a hire car place. They offer you to prepay for a free and of petrol. That's a bad idea in most places but even less practical here as you could drive round the island 4 times on one tank.
