Very helpful, had a nice big map of the island and offered plenty of advice on where to visit. New, clean and tidy car. Overall, a very good experience.

When we scheduled to pick up the car at 9, no one was there yet and we had to wait for half an hour. We had prebooked and paid for airport drop off. Emailed them to remind them the day before.. no response. Called them. They suggested we'd drive by their office and they'd bring us to the airport. We told them that's not what we paid for. They picked up the car more than an hour late at the airport when we were already supposed to be boarding. The air-conditioning didn't work all week. No apologies from them at any point. Car was fine otherwise.

Everything was fine. We received a better car then we ordered for same prize. Opel Corsa was great car which had no problems to climb to mountains and it was comfortable for four adults. Can recommend.

We rented a car for 5 persons. Renault Megane Family was a perfect choice recommended by the office. Enough space for five and its powerful turbo-diesel engine was more than enough for demanding drives in Madeira mountains. Excellent! The customer service was perfect, too. Car brought to the hotel on time agreed, formalities when renting the car and when returning it took just a couple of minutes. All in all - highly recommended!
